Objectives
Our Board created the following objectives and determined how we will deliver them. They form part of our constitution.
Objective
How we will deliver
1.
To engage young people and adults from all backgrounds with early intervention services proven to improve mental health performance levels.
We will deliver resilience programmes in the areas of Social Norms, Healthy Relationships, Social Action and Emotional Health in schools, communities and workplaces.
2.
To achieve new partnerships in the VCSE and Corporate sectors to take pressure of core NHS services, waiting lists – providing earlier support to those who need it in line with public health priorities.
We will work in partnership to achieve a better, more efficient offer for service users. This includes a commitment to the new THRIVE approach and active horizon scanning to ensure collaborative approaches and effective signposting.
3.
To create an industry approved model for Social Value that can demonstrate impact and/or Return on Investment.
We are committing to working to demonstrate our social value through best practice measurement processes and impact evaluations.
4.
To deliver sustainability through the creation of innovative tools that can support continued positive practice and the ability to achieve a longitudinal evaluation of outcomes.
We will reinvest our surpluses in continuing to innovate, combining technology and evidence to achieve longer term habit forming & behaviour change.
